The Grade 10 Foods classes made some wonderful quiches. Who knew that it would take almost two hours to complete this meal. Even though the porcess was lengthy no one gave up and the results are in the pictures. Many of the students were inspired by the representative from the ARts Institute and created great looking plates. All the quiches I tasted were great and I am positive those that I did not taste were equally good.
Here is the link to the recipe along with some helpful tips - http://www.getcracking.ca/tq-quiche.html. The students made a variation on Quiche Lorraine.
